Since its founding in 1968, the Napa Valley College Foundation has provided Napa Valley College with philanthropic support. The Foundation operates as a California nonprofit, public benefit Corporation and is tax-exempt as provided by IRS Sec. 501(c)3.  The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of a diverse and committed group of community members.
